About
In October 2006, Pat Martin opened the doors of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint in Nolensville, TN with the dream to preserve and celebrate the art and craft of West Tennessee's legendary Whole Hog BBQ tradition. What began as a small, little 950-square foot, 12-table spot has today become a beloved culinary destination with six restaurants in Nashville, and locations in Birmingham (AL), Louisville (KY), and Charleston (SC). To this day everything we serve is made from scratch, every single day - from sauces to sides, and everything in between. We have no microwaves, we have no freezers. We just believe in the importance of good technique, and doing things "the right way".
Years later we were thrilled to open a new door, this time in beautiful Spring Hill, in the Spring of 2018. Since then, we've been proud to be a part of and serve this wonderful community. We've welcomed our guests to join us in our dining room, at our bar, in our beer garden, or our drive-thru. We've been able to celebrate with our guests in our private dining room or through our catering services and events. We look forward to continuing to serve the fine folks here meals made with extreme craft and care, and of course share our passion of the time honored tradition of Whole Hog BBQ.Highlights
