About
With 30+ years of military, government, and corporate experience, I have amassed lessons learned, best practices, and even some scar tissue. My business has three offerings:
First, 1:1 leadership coaching. This is for leaders who lead team members. Together, we'll tackle pain points stemming from Communication, Relationships, Alignment, Execution and Capacity.
Second, a leader development program. This is for those who:
• Have a growth mindset.
• Are an aspiring leader. You feel the call to lead but aren’t sure how.
• Are a leader whose been thrust into a leadership role, but feels lost, overwhelmed, or like an imposter.
• Are an existing leader who thinks, I’m pretty good, but I want to be better.
Finally, workshops. Perhaps a Team within your organization is struggling from trust issues stemming from an inability to communicate, low EQ, or a tendency to assume the worst in others. I help them become more self-aware, close communication gaps, and build relational trust.
