About
Douglas Androsky is a Spring Hill resident, 20-year U.S. Army National Guard veteran, and multi-faceted professional serving Middle Tennessee across three interconnected lanes.
Commercial Real Estate & Operations — Douglas works in commercial real estate portfolio management, lease advisory, tenant improvement oversight, and facility compliance across multi-state assets. He brings military-grade discipline and systems thinking to every project he manages.
Fathering the Fatherless — Douglas is the Founder and President of Fathering the Fatherless — a Tennessee 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring fatherly influence to fatherless children across Middle Tennessee through mentorship, community events, and equipping men with practical tools for authentic fatherhood. One in four American children grows up without a father. In Tennessee that number is 37% — nearly double the national average. This organization exists to change that.
Built to Father™ — Douglas is the author of the Built to Father™ trilogy — three books built around the SHEPHERD Framework™, eight pillars of fatherhood for the man who wants to become the father his family needs. The trilogy launches June 7, 2026 on Amazon. He is also the host of
The Father Blueprint podcast, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
Douglas is available for speaking engagements, community partnerships, and board service conversations.
