Welcome to Empower YOU Speech & Language Therapy! We provide neurodiversity-affirming, child-led speech and language therapy in Spring Hill, Tennessee, serving families throughout Spring Hill, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, Columbia, College Grove, Arrington, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.

Our speech-language pathologists provide individualized evaluation and therapy for speech sound disorders and articulation, expressive and receptive language, stuttering, Gestalt Language Processing and echolalia, and AAC/multimodal communication.

At Empower YOU, we value the whole child—not just their speech and language goals! We believe therapy should be a meaningful, joyful experience where children feel safe, understood, and excited to learn. Our connection-first approach meets each child where they are, honoring how they communicate, learn, play, and engage with the world around them. Therapy may incorporate play, movement, sensory supports, AAC, and each child’s individual interests while building communication skills and confidence.

Our Spring Hill clinic also features a full sensory gym and sensory-friendly therapy space! Children have opportunities to move, regulate, play, and communicate while working toward their individual speech and language goals. We believe some of the best learning happens when children are engaged, connected, and having fun!

In addition to individual speech-language therapy, Empower YOU offers parent consultation and coaching and small-group programming, including our Kindergarten Readiness Club.

We are currently scheduling new evaluations and offer daytime and select evening appointments. Empower YOU is in network with BlueCross BlueShield and Cigna, and private-pay services are also available.
