E-Bare Holistic Nutrition and Wellness is natural health and wellness business focusing on helping clients heal their bodies through natural modalities including whole food nutrition, herbal tinctures, whole food supplements, proper hydration, detoxification, grounding and more. We use a combination of holistic nutrition consulting/coaching and Nutrition Response Testing (a non-invasive analysis of the body using advanced muscle testing).to help our clients find and address the root cause(s) of their health issues or imbalances in the body. We believe healing is possible from most chronic illness when the body is properly supported and those things that are harming the body and preventing the body from healing are stopped.
