D1 is an athletic-based performance training gym - our programs, based on Division I strength and conditioning techniques, are designed to help athletes improve their strength, speed, agility, footwork, mobility, and explosiveness. We train adults and scholastics (7+) in large groups, 1:1, and small group settings and scholastic sports teams as well. Certified coaches lead our workouts and provide form / technique and any needed exercise modification instruction to improve overall performance with a focus on injury prevention.
D1 is founded on values of passion, teamwork, smarts, and character, and has as its mission making a difference in kids' and adults' lives by inspiring and motivating them to be their best.
