Burn Boot Camp is a community of like minded individuals. Burn is for everyone and all exercises and workouts can be modified and tailored to meet your needs! Whether you are new to the fitness world or have been working out for years, we will meet you where you are and help get you to where you want to be. Our trainers will help push you through a 45 minute workout which includes a warm up, the workout, and a challenging finisher. No day at Burn is ever the same and our workouts are different daily! We offer several camp times throughout the day, some of our camps are Co-Ed and others are female only. We offer free childcare at a handful of camps daily!
