About
We have two service lines. The Club, which is an adult day program for those with dementia/Alzheimer's and At Home which is private in-home care. Both are powered by Hearthstone, which is our research and education division, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's.
The Club day program promotes a unique and engaging experience through socialization, education, and innovative techniques by offering best-in-class, outcome-based, and research-driven engagement rooted in Hearthstone’s I’m Still Here® approach.
Our at-home services help older adults remain independent at home and are often an alternative to an assisted living community. Our services include assistance with bathing and dressing, personal hygiene and dental care, light housekeeping and laundry, mobility/transfer support, shopping, medical appointments and errands, medication reminders, meal preparation, supervision and more!Highlights
