431 exists to help women navigate overwhelming life transitions and experiences they were never prepared to face alone.
This is done with a community-based, structured redefining and rebuilding process, meaning that 431 provides:
- an individualized plan to get to a life of stability and confidence
- physical support during key appointments
- community gatherings, classes and conversations on practical topics
- outside support and perspective when decision-fatigue sets in
- advocate and mentor guidance when neededHighlights
