What You’ll Do
-
Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
-
Install fixtures, circuits, EV chargers, panels, and more

Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide safety-focused recommendations

Ensure personal and customer safety at all times

Leave every home safer than you found it
Experience with residential troubleshooting is required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of residential electrical experience

TN LLE License (Required)
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to commute to Columbia, TN (or relocate before starting)

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pass background check and drug screen
Compensation

First 30 Days: $22.50/hour

Schedule
-
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

Overtime occasionally required to finish customer jobs

Occasional Saturday travel required for training and professional development
