This women's only seminar will help you develop the right mindset, confident body language, verbal self-defense skills, and physical preparedness to maintain your personal safety and use practical self-protection strategies in a fun and cooperative learning environment. No previous training is necessary to participate. Seminar is open to members and non-members ages 13 & up.
