Meet Rachel 'Raye' Smith, she is the founder of Cinder Bella Studios and Raye Ann Pyrography—brands she built by transforming personal experience and pain into intentional, sustainable artwork. Her background in pyrography shaped a business philosophy centered on transformation, control, and creating meaning and beauty from imperfection.
She is also the co-founder of Stage Wives, LLC and co-host of the podcast Offstage & On Duty, where she provides practical support and language for women married into the touring music industry. Alongside her co-founder, Rhyan, Raye works to address the unseen leadership, emotional labor, and identity challenges that contribute to strain and isolation in touring families. Together, they are also developing a children’s book series designed to help families and children navigate transition and separation when a parent is on the road.
