Join Maury Alliance and the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce for an enriching event designed to foster connections, inspire change, and strengthen our community of professional women. Our bi-annual Joint Chamber Women in Business Lunch will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at the Memorial Building, 308 W 7th St., Columbia, TN.

Our guest speaker for this lunch is Hattie Harrison, Manager of Learning and Development with Kaiser Aluminum. Hattie will discuss ways to create a culture of understanding within the workplace. Join us at this exciting event to share experiences, gain invaluable insights, and connect with like-minded women.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
As the Manager of Learning and Development at Kaiser Aluminum, Hattie Harrison leads people development programs, which include leadership development, and equity and inclusion initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources (HR), having joined Kaiser Aluminum through the acquisition of Alcoa Warrick Operations. Before her tenure at Warrick Operations, Hattie held numerous HR roles at Alcoa Fastening Systems and Rings, as well as Arconic. A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, she has implemented impactful changes to increase inclusion and belonging within the Kaiser Warrick Operations facility. Hattie has been recognized both locally and by the executive leadership team and board of directors at Kaiser Aluminum.

Hattie believes everyone deserves an opportunity to be their best self, feel fulfilled, and be seen, heard, and cared for. Along with her two daughters and mother, Hattie is committed to community engagement and social action, enjoying volunteer work with organizations that support underserved communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business and Human Resources. Hattie also holds a PhD in Organizational Development and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
