Alethea was introduced to Life Coaching through her enrollment in a Master's program for Marriage to and Life Family Coaching Therapy. Drawn to the proactive in an approach of Life Coaching, Alethea realized this was an area in which she could thrive personally and professionally. She holds certifications in Life Coaching, Marriage and Relationship Coaching, Pre-marital Coaching and Assessments, Enneagram Coaching, and most recently Trauma Sensitive Yoga for therapeutic purposes. A Two on the Enneagram, Alethea now appreciates how her love of helping others can be used in beautiful ways. Through her private practice, Elevated Alliance, Alethea coaches individuals, couples, and organizations on how they can understand and overcome default behavior patterns in a way that is both proactive and productive. Aside from conducting individual coaching sessions, Alethea enjoys speaking to groups and leading Trauma Sensitive Yoga workshops and therapy sessions. She has been a guest writer for several blogs and internet magazines and was a featured author for the book Inspiration Speaks, a collaboration between visual artists and writers. Together with her husband and two teenagers, Alethea lives in Franklin, Tennessee.
