Get ready to put on your glad rags and join us for a roaring good time at the 5th Annual
Kid’s Place Gala on March 22, 2024. This year we will be throwing it back to the
roaring 20’s! We are pleased to announce this year we have partnered with Keestone
Resort in Loretto, Tennessee as the perfect, swanky venue for our event, “Together
We Shine.” Our theme is all about coming together as a community to fight against
child abuse. So, let’s dress to the nines and show our support!
This year, as in the past, we will be raising funds to continue the important work of our
four Kid Place centers located in Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, and Waynesboro.
Abuse happens silently, in our own backyards; the children and families we serve are
your neighbors, employees, family and friends.
This is where you come in! We need your support to make this event a success.
Success in furthering our resource offerings and services. We are reaching out to you
because we need financial support for our largest fundraising and awareness event.
Last year alone, Kid’s Place provided services to over 500 victims of child sex abuse
and severe physical abuse in Giles, Lawrence, Maury, and Wayne Counties. All
services provided were FREE of charge to the victims and their families all because of
donors like you!
Kid’s Place works together with law enforcement, prosecution, mental health resources
and the community to combat this ever growing epidemic. We cannot do this work
alone, our biggest resource is YOU.
We encourage you to attend this year’s event, Together We Shine, to learn more about
the work that Kid’s Place does and what our communities face in the ever-changing
world we live in.
