Emotional Intelligence for the Savvy ProfessionalAre you in control?Emotional Intelligence is all about self-awareness and self-management. Research highlights that people with higher EQ find more success in their work and personal lives. These leaders are the ones who "pick up" on the emotions of others and use that insight and awareness to better manage their interactions with others, resulting in more positive outcomes. In this presentation, participants will learn the EQ framework and how to apply the principles at work, home, and in the community.
