Thank you for your interest in our 5th Annual Volleyball Tournament in support of Operation Gratitude. We encourage seasoned players, recreational players, families, juniors, adults, and everyone else to come on out and support this great cause. No need to have experience in sand volleyball. Simply sign up for the recreational level and have fun!
COED Quads divisions for all levels are available. Check in will begin at 8:30am and we will start play at 9:00am.
Based on the number of teams, we will run pool play followed by bracket play. We will shoot to get in as many games as possible and be done by 4:00-4:30pm.
Format for the COED QUADS is at least one female on the court at all times but you can play with more. If only three players, one MUST be female. No team for Quads can play with less than three players. Juniors and adults are welcome in all divisions! This event is to have FUN while supporting a great cause! If you don't play much volleyball, sign up for recreational level and have a blast!
Don't have a team but still want to play? Register as a free agent! You don't pay unless we can add you to a team!
Operation Gratitude is a 501(c)(3) that supports our military and first responders through collection drives, letter writing campaigns, craft projects, and care package assembly events. Operation Gratitude provides civilians anywhere in America a way to say “Thank You” (www.operationgratitude.com).
This will be our 5th annual tournament supporting Operation Gratitude. This year, we will have a letter writing table for anyone who wants to write a letter to a deployed soldier or frontline responder. These will be sent to Operation Gratitude to be added to care packages. Proceeds from the event will go to Operation Gratitude. If you are unable to play or do not live locally but still want to serve this organization, feel free to donate directly to Operation Gratitude HERE! We will have food, raffle drawings, letter writing, and, of course, lots of great volleyball!
In years past, we assembled care packages on-site and delivered them to our local fire and police departments. This year we will be receiving those same care packages already assembled and will deliver them the week following to Franklin, TN Fire and Police Departments! No assembly needed!
This is NOT an AVPAmerica sanctioned event. An AVPAmerica membership is not required.
We will not allow walk-up registrations. Sign-ups are open until Friday afternoon, Sept. 27th at 3:00pm. You must pay in advance to secure your spot.
**If not enough teams in each division, Hyden Beach has the right to combine divisions. Hyden Beach has the right to move a team's division based on level.
Players and/or parents if the player is a minor are required to complete both the Hyden Beach Waiver you will receive via email and the waiver in the link below. Thank you!
