A yoga workshop aimed at helping you break through the mental and physical barriers of floating upside-down.
This beginner-friendly workshop will focus on body awareness and alignment to prepare for safe and confident inversions. We will break down key preparatory proses, wrist mobility, core engagement... along with tips for overcoming the fear of falling.
Key poses include downward dog, dolphin, partner drills in plank for balance and trust-building, handstand/headstand with the wall and optional spotting.
