Event Description:
The Workforce & Continuing Education Department at Columbia State is offering a 4-hour course this March on conflict resolution and management training. This four hour course focuses on conflict in the workplace and how to mange and resolve it. The topics covered are causes of workplace conflict, five conflict management styles, and steps to resolved conflict. The course will be held in the Hickman Building, room 123, with Glenna Migledorff as instructor. The fee for the class is $125.00.
