Jack Maher is the president of John Maher Builders, founded by his father, John Maher, in 1985. The company is proud to have been the #1 Builder in Spring Hill for over 30 years. Over the years, the company has expanded beyond its roots in single-family housing to include multifamily, commercial, land development, and multiple subcontracting sectors. Jack leads JMB with a passion for delivering quality housing across all market segments while embracing new ventures and evolving technologies. He drives the company’s AI strategy, identifying and implementing opportunities that improve efficiency and fuel growth. Jack and his wife Liz are the proud parents of Jane (3) and Judah (1).
