Meet the Speaker:

Karl Larsen, Executive Coach, Novus Global
Karl has been coaching since he was 16...in sports. It was when he took the next step in his career by going to the University of Michigan to coach football, where he met Greg Harden, the sports psychologist there. Learning from and working with Greg fundamentally reshaped how Karl understood leadership, performance, and identity. This work with athletes led him to Novus Global, where he joined a team of coaches partnering with leaders, artists, and athletes globally to explore what they are capable of. Known for his direct yet deeply human approach, Karl works with executives, founders, and emerging leaders committed to growing beyond conventional success and leading with greater clarity, conviction, and impact.

Shea Smith, Executive Coach, Novus Global
Shea Smith is a former television story producer turned executive coach with Novus Global. With a background in high-stakes production environments, Shea brings a rare understanding of what it means to lead when timelines are compressed, expectations are high, and the pressure to deliver never fully turns off. Today, she partners with leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals to build the internal capacity required to sustain performance, navigate change, and lead with clarity in evolving industries
