Facilitator: Dr. Deana Raffo
Deana Raffo, Professor of Management, serves as the Chair of the Department of Management in Jones College of Business at MTSU. Her expertise encompasses organizational behavior, with a focus on leadership and generations at work, strengths-based leadership, authentic leadership, leader credibility, and The Leadership Challenge®. Her work is characterized by a deep investigation into the introspective qualities in leadership, emphasizing personal development intertwined with leadership competencies.

Panelists:
Kimberly Beam Holmes is passionate about saving marriages and strengthening families. During her tenure as CEO of Marriage Helper, she has led the company to 6x financially and grown to more than 500,000 followers per month across multiple platforms. Because of their unique process, Marriage Helper has a 70 percent success rate in saving marriages. A frequent speaker at women’s conferences and marriage events, Holmes holds a master’s degree and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Psychology. She co-hosts Relationship Radio, a Top 100 podcast in Apple’s Society and Relationships as well as hosting her own podcast on attraction which has received more than 1,000,000 downloads. She lives in Tennessee with her husband of 13 years and her two children adopted from India.

Nathaniel Cooper began his career as an IT engineer before transitioning into sales and marketing, steadily working his way up to become the Chief Operating Officer at ProMAX Systems, a role he held for five years. During his time at ProMAX, Nathaniel discovered his passion for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and its transformative approach to business management. In 2023, he joined Premier Design Build as both the EOS Integrator and COO, where he now drives operational excellence and strategic growth.

Dr. Ericka Montelione, co-owner of Premier Chiropractic, moved to the beautiful middle TN area alongside her husband and business partner Dr. Michael in 2015. They had a mission to fulfill: “creating a healthier community and healthier generation through neurologically based chiropractic care.” They are blessed to be doing just that! In the last 9 years they have worked as a team to grow one of the largest family practices in the country. The impact their care has on the lives of the community is the driver to continue pushing this mission forward. Dr. Ericka is Webster’s certified, the leading pregnancy chiropractic technique, her true niche is pregnancy and pediatric care. Over the last 9 years she has been able to provide care to thousands of sick children helping them innately become healthy the way God intended. Everyone has a spine and everyone needs to care for it.
