Don Alexander joined Southeast Venture in 2020, managing the June Lake project, a significant mixed-use development in Spring Hill. With a master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University and a bachelor’s in behavioral science from the United States Air Force Academy, Don's leadership expertise is well-established. His distinguished Air Force career, including roles as an instructor and Chief Operations Officer, has earned him several commendations, contributing to his effectiveness in his current role.
Selena Garza, a Realtor at Luxury Homes International (LHI), is renowned for her dedication to clients across Middle TN, having successfully navigated hundreds of real estate transactions. Her professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients' needs have laid a strong foundation in the community. As an active member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, Salena is deeply involved in enhancing the community’s economic growth and wellbeing.
Jack Maher has been with John Maher Builders since 2018, currently serving as President since September 2021. His educational background includes a degree in Public Policy Studies with a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Duke University, where he was also involved in track and field. Jack's internships at Williamson, Inc., Clayton Associates, and 180 Health Partners have given him a well-rounded experience in the industry.
