Event Description:

The Spring Hill Chamber is excited to bring you Experience Spring Hill, The Event presented by Vanderbilt Health on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Summit High School.

This community event is full of fun for the entire family and will showcase our business community. Residents are invited to attend free!

Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in securing a vendor booth at the 2022 Experience Spring Hill, The Event! Early bird registration is now open. Please read the details below before you register.
  • Open registration will run from April 11, 2022 through May 23, 2022. Last chance registration is May 24-31, 2022.
  • Booth registrations are made on a first come, first paid basis. 

Exhibitor Information

  • Each exhibitor will receive a 10' x 10' booth space, a 6 ft table, and two folding chairs.
  • You will be able to request your first three booth choices by number during registration. Note: Booth requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to make it happen.
  • Booths are located along Main Street and in the Main Gym and Play Break Areas.
  • The Food Garden is open to licensed food vendors only.
  • The booths at the two event entrances and along Saturn Parkway are reserved for Presenting and Gold Sponsors only. 

Main Street Booths - SOLD OUT

  • These booths are positioned in the hallway leading into the Main Gym Area and Play Break from the main entrance; therefore, all attendees will have to walk right in front of you.
  • Main Street is open to Spring Hill Chamber members only and automatically includes electricity.
  • The first booth on Main Street is reserved for the Area Sponsor for Main Street. 

Saturn Parkway & Entrance Booths - SOLD OUT

  • These booths are held for our Presenting and Gold Sponsors and are positioned in the path from one main entrance (front of school) to the other main entrance (near the Food Garden).
  • All attendees will have to walk right in front of you as they enter/leave the facility or eat. 
  • This one of the many benefits for our Presenting and Gold sponsors.

Main Gym Area Booths

  • These booths are positioned inside the school’s main gym.
  • Booths in the Main Gym Area are open to everyone.
  • Only booths shaded in yellow have electricity capability (see below for fee information). ​
  • The front booths in the Main Gym Area (numbers 30 & 31; 50 & 51; and 70 & 71) are reserved for Silver Sponsors on a first come, first paid basis.

Play Break Booths

  • These booths are in the school's auxiliary gym next door to the Main Gym Area and are ideal for businesses that offer services or products for children (ex. speech therapy, pediatricians, schools, dance studios, toy stores, etc.).
  • This is a fun space for all! Mascots and/or characters will make appearances in this section, along with several other child-friendly games and activities. 
  • These booths are priced the same as the Main Gym. Select the Main Gym booth pricing and provide a number within the Play Break area as your choice during registration.

Food Vendors - 1 SPOT LEFT

  • If you are a licensed food vendor, you may reserve a space in the Food Garden.
  • Food vendors are not allowed in other areas of the event.
  • Additionally, booths in other areas of the event are not allowed to serve or sample food.

Outdoor Area - SOLD OUT

  • This area is reserved for vendors requiring space for vehicles, large equipment, etc.
  • Before proceeding with registration, please contact Angela Hardison if you want to be included in this space.

Electricity (Yellow-Shaded Booths)

  • Double-check that electricity is available for your booth numbers chosen in the Main Gym Area. Booths that are highlighted in yellow on the booth layout maps below have electricity available for an additional $50.
  • All booth reservations are first-come and paid basis.
  • Main Street booths automatically have electricity; therefore, you do not need to add it on during registration.


  • You will be emailed detailed instructions about your booth area, best practices, load-in and break-down instructions, event rules, etc. after you register.
